Mosley antennas and antenna accessories are guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery.
Company Ordering Policies
Mosley accepts ordering by phone, fax, or by mail. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, (approved) Bank Wire Transfers, Check or Money Order drawn on a United States bank accepted as payment. All orders are made to order. Please check with sales to obtain a current lead time.
Mosley is factory-direct in the United States of America. Shipping and handling charges are added at the time of order. Due to the nature of our product and the types of materials used, ALL payments are processed at the time of order. Mosley no longer accepts COD orders.
USPS Mail Orders:
Include proper address, phone numbrer, and e-mail address. Please call to obtain a shipping quote prior to mailing your order. Sorry no COD orders. Estimates and quotations are firm for a period noted on the estimate. Any expired estimates may not be honored and are subject to pricing changes.
Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS unless otherwise specified. All LTL truck shipments are shipped Freight Pre-Paid unless prior arrangements are made. All orders are sent FOB shipping point.
Due to the nature of our product and the materials used, lead times vary across product lines. Please contact sales for current lead time information. Most smaller items are shipped immediately from stock. Larger items are usually subject to lead times. Please specify any special delivery terms at the time of ordering. We will try to accommodate any special delivery request if allowable.
Delivery For Custom / Commercial / Special Orders: Delivery commitments will be met whenever possible. All custom-designed antennas and some cataloged types are assembled in prototype and installed on test range to assure optimum tuning. Weather is thus a determining factor in meeting delivery schedules. We assume no responsibility for such delays beyond our control including delays in materials and contractual agreements shall not be effected thereby.
To all of our valued customers and visitors - we want everyone who purchases a product from Mosley to be delighted with their purchase. We do everything in our power to accommodate your special requests, but we do have some limitations. We try to offer the most aggressive pricing possible given the unique nature of our products, which means that it is very difficult to accept accommodation returns with no restocking fee. Restocking fees are not to penalize you, but to simply offset a small portion of the expenses involved in a return. For the few customers who request an accommodation return, thanks in advance for your understanding on the restocking charges.
Requesting a Return: If you wish to return any item to Mosley, you must first have authorization by Mosley personnel. A return materials authorization number, or RMA number, must be obtained before returning any merchandise. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original boxes. Credit will not be issued for returned material if it has been assembled, marked, altered, or abused.
All products must be returned undamaged with any and all original manuals, registration cards, accessories etc. If a product is returned damaged or with missing items, we reserve the right to assess any additional fee's up to the full value of the purchase, depending on the items damaged or missing. Returns will not be accepted without an employee issued return authorization (RMA) number. Once a return has been authorized and return instructions provided to the customer, the items must be returned postmarked within 2 weeks. Special freight deliveries (those items not delivered via UPS or FedEx) must be visually inspected at the time of delivery and any damage noted on the signed bill of lading or the delivery should be refused. Please properly package and insure the item so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping. All returns must be returned prepaid to:

The order number and authorization number must be listed on the return. Please allow 30 business days for any credit to be applied to your credit card after receipt of the return. A minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date. Orders placed incorrectly may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%, and we reserve the right to inspect returned goods and adjust credit in accordance with condition of goods. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any packages returned to Mosley without an RMA will be refused upon delivery, and Mosley will not be held responsible for loss or damage due to subsequent refusal. Please be sure to return any item of value properly insured. It is your responsibility to pack your order securely to insure no damage occurs during transit. Credit will not be issued on damaged material.
All orders are made to order. If an order is placed and then subsequently cancelled, a cancellation fee of up to 20% plus a $25 change order may be charged. Credit Card orders which are cancelled prior to production/shipment will be subject to a minimum processing fee of 10% in addition to the $25 cancellation fee. Special order requests have a special cancellation policy and this is noted at the time of order.
All orders are made to order. If an order is placed and then subsequently changed prior to shipment, a change order fee of $25 will be charged.
CUSTOM / COMMERCIAL / SPECIAL ORDERS
Buyers who cancel orders after work has begun, but before completion of orders, will be invoiced for any special materials purchased for the jobs, plus tooling costs directly involved and labor expended. Special order requests have a special cancellation policy and this is noted at the time of order.
DAMAGED, LOST or SHORT SHIPMENTS
Notify your local Federal Express or carrier's office immediately. Also contact us so that we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Keep damaged goods and containers until advised to dispose. Shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
Mosley warrants it's products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any damage occurring through normal use of the product and due to defective material or workmanship will be repaired or the damaged part replaced free of charge for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. This guarantee applies only to the original owner registered on the warranty card. Any merchandise that has been repaired by an unauthorized party, tampered with, or abused is not covered by this guarantee. Guarantee void unless the registration card is returned immediately. Items found to be defective or damaged must be carefully packed and returned postpaid to Mosley Electronics, Inc. with an RMA number issued. The warranty does not cover acts of God.
